Ninja Warrior Training Gym (ages 4 to 18)
Inspired by the popular television show “American Ninja Warrior & American Ninja Warrior Junior”, Ninja Warrior Training has a foundation in martial arts, challenging obstacle courses and gymnastic techniques.
This dynamic sport has inspired a whole new generation of athletes. Through our Ninja classes an athlete can choose to train “just for fun and fitness” or “to improve their fundamentals” to enhance another sports training. These improved fundamentals in flexibility, strength and agility will help them excel on the lacrosse and soccer field, basketball court or any other sport that they are pursuing. At this time, we do not offer classes or opportunities in our Ninja gym for Ninjas over the age of 15 years old. All active members in Ninja* will have an opportunity to participate in a biannual showcase to celebrate their efforts and improvements throughout the season.
Please visit the membership information page to learn more about membership policies and procedures.
