Ninja Warrior Training (ages 4 to 13, co-ed)

Inspired by the popular television show “American Ninja Warrior & American Ninja Warrior Junior”, Ninja Warrior Training has a foundation in martial arts, challenging obstacle courses and gymnastic techniques.

This dynamic sport has inspired a whole new generation of athletes. Through our Ninja classes an athlete can choose to train just for fun and fitness or to improve their fundamentals to enhance another sports training. These improved fundamentals in flexibility, strength and agility will help them excel on the lacrosse and soccer field, basketball court or any other sport that they are pursuing.

Ninja Classes Ninja/Gym Combo Classes

Ninja Classes

Ninja I (ages 4 – 6, parent participation required)

This class will build your child’s strength, agility, and confidence while also improving their social skills, and teaching them to problem solve. Through the collaborative effort needed to conquer our courses, our Ninja I classes are great for parent-child bonding. 6 year olds have the option to enroll in Ninja 1 or Ninja 2.

Things to expect: balance obstacles, agility courses, swinging, climbing and hanging obstacles.
What to wear: sneakers, athletic wear such as t-shirts, shorts, or pants

Ninja II (ages 6 – 9)

This class will build your child’s strength, agility, and confidence while also improving their social skills, and teaching them discipline. Our coaches will teach your child the skills needed to complete any course! 6 year olds have the option to enroll in Ninja 1 or Ninja 2.

Things to expect: balance obstacles, agility courses, swinging, climbing and hanging obstacles.
What to wear: sneakers, athletic wear such as t-shirts, shorts, or pants

Ninja III (ages 10 – 13)

This class will build your child’s strength, agility, and confidence while also improving their social skills, and teaching them discipline. Our coaches will teach your child the skills needed to complete any course!

Things to expect: balance obstacles, agility courses, swinging, climbing and hanging obstacles.
What to wear: sneakers, athletic wear such as t-shirts, shorts, or pants

Intermediate/Advanced Ninja (Ages 6-13)

This class is for ninjas who have exceeded the requirements for skills and progressions in previous classes and are ready for a higher intensity class experience.  Students must be recommended by an instructor for this class.

Things to expect: demanding workouts, obstacles set up with increased levels of difficulty.
What to wear: sneakers, athletic wear such as t-shirts, shorts, or pants

Ninja & Gym Combo Classes

Junior Ninja & Gymnastics Combo (Ages 4-6)

The junior combo class is the best of both worlds. Your child will have the opportunity to navigate their way through challenging obstacles with parent/guardian assistance, then independently explore gymnastics fundamentals in our Junior gym. Children will gain a better understanding of various types of body movement while increasing problem solving abilities, eye-hand coordination and listening skills. 6 year olds have the option to enroll in the Junior Combo Class or Ninja & Tumble Combo Class.

Things to expect: the first portion of class in the Ninja gym with parent participation, the second portion of class in the Junior Gymnastics gym with independent instruction.
What to wear: sneakers, athletic wear such as t-shirts, shorts, or pants

Ninja & Tumble Combo (Ages 6-13)

The Ninja & Tumble class is the perfect class for those who want a little bit of everything. After making their way through hanging and balancing obstacles, students will learn basic tumbling & jumping skills in the Recreational Gymnastics gym. This class is a great way to increase strength, agility, balance and overall body control while learning and having fun!

Things to expect: the first portion of class in the Ninja gym, the second portion of class in the Recreational Gymnastics gym. Full body exercise in a state-of-the-art, fun and structured gym.
