Open Gym for Kids and Adults in Columbia, Rockville & Clarksburg, MD

This family-friendly, non-instructional opportunity allows kids of all ages to have fun with friends, practice gymnastics skills, and burn off energy in a safe environment. Founded by Dominique Dawes, a three-time Olympic gymnast and Olympic Gold Medalist,  our academy to inspire the next generation of gymnasts.

With locations across Maryland, including Columbia, Rockville, and Clarksburg, our open gym sessions are open to everyone—no prior enrollment in classes is necessary.
