Homeschool Preschool Classes
For Children Ages: 4 – 6 yrs
Duration: 45 minutes
In our Preschool Gymnastics Program, you can watch your child grow in a fun and challenging environment. Our instructors focus on teaching basic gymnastics skills through theme-based lesson plans designed to improve coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance.
Homeschool Gymnastics Classes
For Children Ages: 4 – 13 yrs
Duration: 60 minutes
Our homeschool gymnastics classes in Rockville, Clarksburg, and Columbia for children ages 6 to 11 years are based on skill progression—this ensures that every child starts in the same place and advances into more challenging classes as their skill progresses.
Homeschool gymnastics classes at Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academy focus on strength, flexibility, body awareness, and coordination to develop self-confidence and self-discipline.
Homeschool Ninja Warrior Classes
For Children Ages: 7 – 14 yrs
Duration: 60 minutes
Homeschool Ninja Warrior Training is a great way for homeschooled children to get in healthy excercise, improve hand-eye-coordination, and build critical social skills.
Homeschool Ninja classes at Dominique Dawes Gymnastics & Ninja Academy in Rockville & Clarksburg are open to all children ages 7 and up.
