Birthday Party FAQs

Birthday party guests will be provided shared access to our 20,000 sq/ft facility. Your child and their guests can bounce, swing, climb, flip, and play in our brand new state-of-the-art gymnastics, junior, and ninja gyms! We also provide a party concierge to keep your party running smoothly and assist in setting up and cleaning up. If you choose a package with a party room we are happy to provide napkins, plates, utensils, and tablecloths if requested.

Everyone participating in the birthday party is included in the head count. This includes the birthday child, their guests, and siblings (if they participate in open play). Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy watching their children have a blast.

There is a $22 per person fee for any participants over the allotted amount for your party type.

Every guest will need to sign the birthday party waiver before being allowed to participate in the event. Please make sure to send the waiver to all your guests and remind them to sign it prior to the event! It is also very helpful to provide the address of our facility including the Suite number if you are at our Clarksburg location. Please let guests know to wear athletic clothing and bring or wear sneakers.

Please advise guests to wear comfortable athletic clothing. All participants MUST wear sneakers to participate in the Ninja gym and must be barefoot in the Gymnastics gyms.

We require children 5 years old and younger to be accompanied by an adult at all times.

The Birthday Party Family brings food and drink for the party. You can also choose to have food delivered. There are a number of pizza places nearby that will deliver to our facility.

Yes! We will have the party room available 15 minutes prior to your event to allow for decorating time. You can bring decorations to make the party room extra special for your celebration. Any decorations hung up on the walls must be attached using painter’s tape. Please be mindful that if your decorations cause any damage to the space, we reserve the right to charge extra fees.

We ask that your party is courteous to our staff’s time. All our parties are either 60 minutes or 90 minutes long. We reserve the right to charge if the party does not leave at the end of their session.
