Girls Gymnastics Classes
The fun keeps coming and the learning never stops in our Girls Gymnastics Classes! Classes are based on a skill progression system that guides each student from basic to more advanced skills in a safe, challenging environment. Focus on strength, flexibility, body awareness and coordination will help each student to progress at their own level, all the while developing self-confidence and self-discipline.

Beginner Blooms (6 – 9 years old)
Beginner Blooms is our introductory gymnastics class for girls ages 6 – 9 years old. Class will begin each week with a 15 minute warm-up and stretch, followed by three 15 minute rotations on Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, or Tumble Track. Students will focus on developing flexibility, strength, and foundational skills such as: forward and backward roll, handstand, cartwheel, bridge kickover, pullover, casting, and more.
Intermediate/Advanced Blooms (6 – 9 years old)
Intermediate Blooms is for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to work on more challenging skill progressions. Class will begin each week with a 15 minute warm-up and stretch, followed by four 15 minute rotations on Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, or Tumble Track. Students will continue to perfect the basics, while starting to work on more difficult skills such as: handstand forward roll, front and back walkover, spotted back handspring, glide swing, back hip circle, skills on high beam, and more. Students must meet skill requirements and be recommended by an instructor to enroll in this class.
Advanced Blooms (6 – 9 years old)
Advanced Blooms is the highest level class we offer for 6 – 9 year olds. Class will begin each week with a 15 minute warm-up and stretch, followed by four 15 minute rotations on Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, or Tumble Track. Students will continue to be challenged in this class as they work towards developing more and more difficult skills such as: front and back handspring, front and back tuck, kips, swinging on high bar, vaulting over the table, cartwheels on high beam, and more. Students must meet skill requirements and be recommended by an instructor to enroll in this class.
Blossoms (10yrs & up)
Our Blossoms classes follow the same format and structure as our Blooms classes, but are modified for the more mature athlete. Students must meet the same skill requirements listed for Blooms in order to advance to the next class level.
Starburst (6 – 9 years old – Skill Evaluation Required)
Starburst is an invitation-only class based on teacher recommendations and the individual student’s rate of progression. This class is intended for students who have met all previous skill requirements for their age and progress at a high rate. Students in this class will focus on developing both the physical and mental qualities that are required for our Super Buds Class.
Super Buds (7 – 11 years old – Skill Evaluation Required)
Super Buds is an invitation-only class based on teacher recommendations, previous experience, and the individual student’s rate of progression. This class is intended for students who have exceeded the requirements of all previous classes and demonstrate strong physical and mental qualities that are required for a more committed class experience.
Tumbling
Need to learn or improve your tumbling skills? Look no further! Following skill progression lesson plans and drills, students will learn proper tumbling technique in a safe, fun environment that will focus on developing strength, flexibility and agility. Students will begin class each week with a 15 minute warm up and stretch, followed by 3 15 minute rotations on Floor, Vault, and Tumble Track. This class will focus on tumbling basics such as: forward and backward rolls, handstand, cartwheels, roundoff, bridge kickover, as well as more advanced tumbling skills such as: front and back walkovers, front and back handsprings, front and back tucks, and more.
