Yes, if you’ve booked the Ultimate VIP Package, we’ll have this already taken care of for you! For all parties, we will have the party room available 15 minutes prior to your event to allow for decorating time. You can bring decorations to make the party room extra special for your celebration, but all decorations hung on the walls must be attached using painter’s tape. Please be mindful that if your decorations cause any damage, we reserve the right to charge extra fees. Items like silly string, glitter, and confetti are not allowed.
We ask that your party is courteous to the next party’s time. All parties begin promptly at the time of booking regardless of arrival time and end promptly 90 minutes later. You do have the option to add an additional 15 minutes upon booking, so if you think you’ll need the extra time, please make that selection. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for parties who stay over their allotted time.
All parties require a deposit at the time of booking ranging from $100-$150. Please see your preferred gym’s booking page and the party package of your choice for the exact amount.
The final balance is due 7 days prior to the day of your party.
