Our program follows a skill progression model, ensuring a safe and challenging environment for students to advance from basics to advanced techniques at their own pace.

Beginner Blooms

Introductory gymnastics class for girls ages 6 – 9 years old

Intermediate Blooms

For students ages 6 – 9 years old who have mastered basic gymnastics

Advanced Blooms

The highest level gymnastics class we offer for 6 – 9-year-olds

Blossoms

Same format and structure as our Blooms classes but modified for the more mature athlete (students age 10 & up)

Tumbling Classes

Open to Kids & Teens Ages 6 - 13

This class will focus on tumbling basics and is based on skills progression. Here, your little tumblers will develop their strength, flexibility, and agility with training on our floor, vault, and tumble track.
