Our program follows a skill progression model, ensuring a safe and challenging environment for students to advance from basics to advanced techniques at their own pace.
Blossoms
Same format and structure as our Blooms classes but modified for the more mature athlete (students age 10 & up)
Tumbling Classes
Open to Kids & Teens Ages 6 and Up
This class will focus on tumbling basics and is based on skills progression. Here, your little tumblers will develop their strength, flexibility, and agility with training on our floor, vault, and tumble track.
